Terms of Use
The short version
- playazraq.com presents AZRAQ, a VR game for Meta Quest in pre-release, and is run by CKAI SRL.
- Nothing is sold on this website. A Founder reservation is free, involves no payment and does not oblige you to buy anything.
- Playtest invitations are requested on our Discord and sent by e-mail; they are not guaranteed.
- Images, footage and features show the game before release and may change.

A game in pre-release
AZRAQ is not released yet. Early Access is planned for December 1, 2026. Features described as “Targeted for Early Access” or “Beyond Early Access” are goals, not guarantees, and the images, footage and descriptions on this website show the game before release. They may change or be removed.
Registrations and Founder reservations
- Registering for a playtest, for development news or for a Founder reservation is free and does not commit you to anything.
- A Founder reservation records your interest in a Founder pack. It is not a purchase, involves no payment, and gives no right to a price, an item or access until a purchase is completed under separate terms of sale.
- Limited tiers show their maximum number of places. Reserving does not hold one of those places.
- You can ask us at any time to delete a registration — see the Privacy Policy.
The closed playtest
Playtest invitations are requested on the AZRAQ Discord server and sent by e-mail, in waves. An invitation is not guaranteed. Sessions last 30 minutes, controlled by our server, on Meta Quest 3 or 3S, and require a Meta account that is entitled to the playtest build. The playtest is free and shows a pre-release build that may contain errors.
Purchases
Nothing is sold on this website today. Before any purchase becomes possible — on this website or on a platform such as the Meta Horizon Store — the applicable terms of sale, prices including taxes, delivery dates of each reward, and the refund and withdrawal rules will be published. Ownership of the game and of any reward will be confirmed by the AZRAQ platform or by the store you buy from, never by this website alone.
Using the website
- Use the forms only for yourself, with an e-mail address you are entitled to use.
- Do not try to disrupt the website, overload it, bypass its limits or access parts of it that are not meant to be public.
Intellectual property
The AZRAQ name, logo, artwork, images, footage and texts belong to CKAI SRL or its licensors. Press and creators may use the website's images and footage to cover the game, without altering the logo and with a mention of AZRAQ. Any other use requires our written permission.
Other services and trademarks
Links to Discord, Meta and other services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms. Meta, Meta Quest and Meta Horizon are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. AZRAQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
Liability
We take care that the website is accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or online. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the courts competent under those rules.
